Nutcracker

Last evening, Brooklynn, Connor, Aunt Amy and I went to the Nutcracker. The evening was magical! Clara, the young girl with the nutcracker, was Brooklynn's favorite. Connor was fasinated with the swordsmen and the knights. It is amazing how the ballerina's danced with elegance and grace without a deep breathe.

Mezmorized by all of the beautiful dancers, Brooklynn whispered in my ear, "Mommy, I didn't know the girls turned into boys." :) She was amazed that boys/men danced too! Amy and I giggled and giggled...

This was a very special evening for all, thanks to Brooklynn's dance teacher, Ms. Debbie. Brooklynn will be doing a dance recital this Christmas. She is a beautiful and graceful "little" dancer. :)

"Letting Go"

We celebrated by letting go of several balloons into the sky. We used this as a symbol of "letting go" of the cancer. It is no longer! This was a blast for kids and adults!
